I have used the Mouse on Mouse (MOM) Vector kit and it
worked out fine with me althuogh I could still see
some unspecific staining in and around the blood
vessels, but it was not a big deal. I used it to stain
for cytokeratin 8/18 in mouse prostate using a mouse
monoclonal. I do not know if I had not used the MOM
system the results would have been the same. One thing
I realized with the Vector MOM kit is that they  do
not say in which animal the second antibody is raised
in.
