I use Zymed Cyclin D1, on the nexes, however we microwave retrieve on high
for 5 min 30 sec. then on 30%(defrost mode)power for 11 min 30 sec. stain for
32 min. As long as control tissue is relatively fresh( less than 2 weeks if
stored at room temp,)good staining. Good Luck. Dana
