Hi, Gerard,
We got great staining from the One-step and it is easy to do.  There are
less steps and while slides were incubating in the solutions I could be
doing something else.  And as was mentioned I did microwave the Bouins
step -- 2.5min on the "warm" setting and then 20min in 60C oven.
