Isn't orientation a rather hazy concept with EM?
After all, you can't see where you are even when you know where you are. If you see what I mean:-)

you all should try embedding some of the specimens received for EM. for some 
reason it is assumed EM people have better eyes that anyone else and can see 
to  orient the tissue properly or try frozen s
