	Could some one please give info on how overseas qualifications are
regarded in Canada. I have a Pakistani student with me in
immunocytochemistry who is doing a BSc in Biomedical science in London (UK).
He already has a BSc in Medical Technology from Pakistan. 

	What, if any, other/more qualifications would he need to get a post
in Canada.
