Gimenez method

From:Gayle Callis <uvsgc@montana.edu>

We used to use this staining method for rickettsia. Not aware it is used
for H pylori. I am curious about results you get, please post them. You
might want to consider doing an immunostain for H pylori with DAB. Very
specific. There are some excellent methods out there, brilliant results
and it is hard to beat the Steiner with its black organisms.

Beware, carbol fuchsin is made with phenol, considered highly toxic so work
under a hood.
