Larry said that he is not aware of any other sources. Apparently Amazon
did have some used copies at one time. Larry is discussing with the
publishers the possiblity of another edition, but don't hold your
breath. Larry has two copies that he is keeping, but I think he should
put them on eBay. I'll let you if a new editio
