Does anyone have any suggestions on how to best fix and process white
adipose tissue for paraffin sectioning? The sections will eventually be
used in a few IHC assays. We have NBF fixed and Bouins fixed blocks that
are a bear to cut, the brown fat cuts nicely. We do have some pieces of
white fat that are frozen and they are also very difficult to cryosection.
The tissues are collected from mice.

Thanks,
