Technical Service Representative
Greater NYC area

CytoLogix is seeking a HT or HTL certified professional with 5+ years of
histology experience (2 years in staining automation preferred).  We require
candidates with IHC and staining solution expertise and exceptional customer
service skills to assist our customers on-site.   The candidate selected
will be a self-starter who can problem solve and work with customers on
automated staining systems installations and issues, providing on site
technical support during installation and assisting customers with stain
protocol customization.  You will also provide feedback to develop system
enhancements.  A month long training for this position is held in Cambridge,
MA.  Travel to customer sites throughout the USA is a routine part of the
TSR job.
