WE HAD OUR BIOMEDICAL WORKSHOP MAKE AN ANGLED DEVICE WHICH SITS
BETWEEN THE BRIDGES OF THE KNIFE HOLDER AND MERELY PUSH THIS AGIANST
THE BLOCK HOLDER TO HAVE ALL MICROTOMES SET EXACTLY THE SAME.
Hi
histonetters, I was wondering what techniques other people use to
level the block holders on the microtome. We use Leica 1512 and the
adjustment is quite touchy. Every time you move it one way it messes
up a different corner. There must be a better way.
