We use the Dako Seymour Labeling System, Eltron TLP2242
I do like this system, With working in research it works just fine. I don't believe the cost was high on this unit. The labels print really nice and there is a clear piece of like tape that covers the label so that it will stay clean. The phone number is 410-531-1892 or you could try 1-800-424-0021 which is there technical service number. Dako might even have a web site. I think this unit is worth you checking into.
