Reference Pathology Lab. closed it's door's several years ago. They were 
located in Nashville, Tennessee. PCA-Southeast is a lab that is located in 
Columbia, Tennessee. It has been owned by the same doctors for over 35 years.

 When we interview someone, we usually interview them on Fridays (You 
wouldn't know this because you never worked for PCA-Southeast) this way they 
can stay over the weekend and check out the area. All of the Techs are 
usually invited to go out to lunch with the person interviewing. That way, 
the tech's and person interviewing can get to know each other. If you would
