Cam 5.2 works great on the Ventana , a Protease 1 digestion for 4 min, and a 
32 min incubation. I would try dilutions around 1:20 to 1:100 if you have 
enough slides,
fix the cells with formalin 10min at rm temp, then place on instrument. i 
have done this many times and it has worked great.
