Hi,
    The staining of the tissue should be unaffected assuming the titer
has
been properly optimized. The 4 degree incubation would progress at a
slower
rate so the antibodies would have to be a be more concentrated, or
incubated
longer than at room temperature. Either way the titer should be
optimized to
get the same stain intensity.
