Felton,
just before I left Wilford Hall, they installed CoPath. From what I saw, go
back to a written logbook. Of course, the hospital was connected to CHCS,
which was not compatable with CoPath. I had 3 people logging in cases. One
had to retrieve the case from CHCS, one had to register the pateint
information into CoPath, the third actually logged the case into CoPath. We
found out (the hard way) that if we directly logged into CoPath, the results
were not crossing over into CHCS. So, my thoughts are: what system is the
clinical lab and the rest of the hospital using? Is it compatable with
CoPath? I think these two questionis need to be answered first. Good luck
