We are using BioCare Medical's monoclonal kappa and lambda on our Ventana
genII and ES. For formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues, pretreatment
includes using BioCare's ReVeal buffer for HIER in a pressure cooker. For
B5-fixed, decal'd bone marrow biopsies we use 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0 for the
retrieval buffer. We're much happier with our stains now than we were with
polyclonal antibodies.
