MMA bubbles, soft tissue

Could be residual water from dehydration and clearing.  MMA is very
sensitive to this, plus polymerization will be messed up, often with
apparent bubbles. 

You did not say what kind of soft tissues, lots of fat, size of tissue, and
timing of processing.
