Dear Histonet,

          I have recently switched jobs and find myself in the world of
hard tissue. Thus I am a novice and am just learning to section MMA
embedded tissue. I am finding that  I have wrinkles in the tissue so I was
wondering if anyone has experience with placing the slides on a slide
warmer?  If so, what temperature and how long?  Any input, wisdom or tricks
of the trade would be very much appreciated.  I did indeed save memo's from
earlier this year in reference to sectioning and the use of a water bath
but I was also interested in slide warmers too.  Thank you so much in
