Try these,
 Ayoub-Shklar method (LUNA- Histopathologic methods, 1992). 
Performic acid - Alcian blue ( Bancroft & Stevens, 2nd Edition)
Lendrums Phloxine - tartrazine ( Lynch - Medical Laboratory 
Technology, 2nd Edition)
We tend to use IHC for keratins but all these stains show keratins 
distinctly.
