We use Shandon Rapid decalcifier on bone marrow trephine biopsies. The core of bone is left in the decal solution for 20-30 minutes before processing.They turn out easy to cut plus no problem with ihc. Aurora B L Histo lab,RIPAS Hospital BSB, NBD.
