I am currently employed by a clinical pathology facility.  In approximately 3 
month's I will have the opportunity to go to work for a Dermatology-Pathology 
facility.  I have worked for my current employer for 10 1/2 years, but I 
think that I would like a change.  Taking this position could make many 
positive changes in my life.  Could anyone please tell me the difference 
between the two type positions, in reference as to which one you would 
recommend.
