cam 5.2 is relatively easy, fix slides in acetone for 10 - 15 mins, no
pretreatment, use Cam Ab at 1/10 ( adjust to suit) and off you go. At least
that's what we do and it works when staining by hand (poor teaching hospital
in the UK, no wonder Maddonna went back to the states to give birth)
