I have been reading about staining Alpha Smooth Muscle Actin in Ito Cells
recently. I have noticed that most people incubate their primary antibody
at 4oC overnight and some do it for 1 hour at room temperature. Does
anyone know what differences could this change impose upon the staining of
the tissue?
