Dear Abizar:

I am very familiar with the process of editing publications and peer review.  
I completely agree that the process is important and necessary, however the 
critiques are done in private before the article is in print.  I have had 
many positive learning experiences from positive criticism and, 
unfortunately, several learning experiences from negative criticism.  
Positive reinforcement encourages someone to improve and keep trying.  
Embarrassing someone only creates misgivings.
