We do not do frozen sections on these types of lymph nodes (usually, these 
are sentinel nodes which contain radioactive material) primarily due to 
exposure concerns, but also because our pathologists don't feel comfortable 
determining the CA status of a sentinel node on frozen.  Our protocol is to 
quaranteen these nodes for at least 24 hours before processing.
