Subject: Immun-histochemistry on dogs for pro-inflammatory cytokines

Hi!
We are working on a model for wear debris aseptic implant loosening in dogs. Therefore we want establish a method for immunohistochemical staining for IL-1(alfa), IL-6 and TNF alfa on hard tissue. We embed the bone in cold MMA. Does anyone know antibodies for these cytokines with cross-reactivity for canine. Futhermore we would like to have antibodies for receptor CD 11b and vitronectin (osteoclasts)?
Best regards
