The Zymed kit for Ish her2-neu is very easy, and very forgiving, it also can 
be turned from a flourescent stain to a chromagenic stain (same slide) with 
their Cish kit. I have used in my lab and did not have to purchase anything 
but kit, used exisiting ovens, waterbaths, etc. No large outlay and very nice 
results.
