Hi,
    Bone tissue is always a trick. My best suggestions are: 1) Don't let
the sections sit on the float bath long. 2) Don't use tissue adhesives.
(albumin, stay on etc.) 3) Use (+) charged slides. 4) Let the slides dry
as long as possible in a 60 deg. oven. 5) Don't agitate the slides while
they are heating and cooling. 6) Let them cool before rinsing them
GENTLY.
