Hi Jim
I've been using a Collagen VI rabbit polyclonal from Fitzgerald (cat number
70-XR95) on fresh frozen tendons and for some ELISA work. Its working well
on human and canine tissues- I haven't tried it with other species as of
yet. I use it with a Sigma secondary, mouse monoclonal anti-rabbit Ig's
(cat number F4890) for immunofluorescence and an HRP tag for ELISAs. Good
luck
