Does anyone have experience looking at masson trichrome's on frozens-. I am
used to looking at paraffin embedded tissue -specifically heart biopsies. I
am noticing a color present besides the red and green I am used to looking
at. Some tissue are staining a fuschia like color. On some fibers, on
muscle specifically, the center of the fiber is almost clear instead of red
like it should be. Any suggestions. I did fix in 10%NBF before I postfixed
in Bouins.
