Well there are different ways that people do it I guess.  The majority
charge less money because the block is already processed, so they consider
it just a recut.  I was not aware of any laws that pertained to charging
extra for serial and step sections.  This might also pertain to the clinical
side and not research.  Don't quote me on that I am just guessing.  If there
