Hi Karen,

We have used a rabbit anti M bovis (Dako) to detect mycobacterial antigens in fish granulomas.  
The mycobacteria are notoriously crossreactive so we don't have any way of speciating them.  
I'm not sure how well this will work as a screening method since not many fish will survive the 
fixation, embedding and sectioning.
