Re: LCM---folloe the Arcturus protcol---stain very, very lightly and cut
at 5um no matter what any one tells you---I have been doing this for<2
yrs.  please write directly, if you like  best of luck---remember the
flatter and most perfect section will work the best---make sure slide is
in three changes of xylenme-  then out under hood for one hour----totally
dry----NO ADHESIVES OR ADDITIVES TO h2o bath!!!!!!!
