Hi Marsha,
The citrate buffer recipe for antigen retrieval:
citric acid 2.1 g
distilled water 1000 ml
Adjust to pH 6.0 by adding 2M sodium hydroxide
I use the same solution for about 4-5 times and then make it up fresh
again.
