A monoclonal anti-glycophorin A might serve your purpose. It recognizes
erythroblasts (arising just after the CFU-E stage) to mature erythrocyte.
Dako #M0819 for formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue.

Hi All,
Here's one for any ex ( or current ) vampires amongst
you.
Anyone know of a method for demonstrating reticulocytes in paraffin
sections ?? It will be on a block of placenta, with routine
processing
and buffered formalin fixation.
Thanks for any and all help,
