Hi all! A colleague needs to set up a rat liver model and stain for glycogen using PAS. I'm not familiar with this procedure at all!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. What fix and embedding media is recommended? Anyone have a good source for the materials needed (is there a kit???) ... Thanks. -Patti Bourassa Pfizer, Groton
