How do you solve Br-dU and Fl-dU in solution? DI water?
I am planning to inject intraperitoneally with BrdU (30 mg/kg) and
5-fluoro-2-deoxyuridine (3 mg?kg) at 18, 6, and 1 hour before
sacrificing the mice. Any suggestion?
