Hi, all histoneters, thank you very much for providing me a lot of good
suggestions. Let me summarize the information I received.
2) Mice IHC
Some people suggested me nonserum-blocking works better than using serum
blocking.
I decided to order Innovex mouse IHC kit. I chose Innovex Biosciences
only because the person I talked with on the phone at the technical
support in Innovex had the best knowledge on mice IHC, and seemed to be
the most helpful. The one I chose is HistSTAT (rabbit, mouse) NB312-L.
I chose it because I use frozen sample and expect to suffer from biotin
background. HistSTAT is not biotin-system, so I chose it. I will let
you know how the things come out.
