This is interestihg because the DAKO Seymour label maker uses an ELTRON
printer and ELTRON and Zebra have merged.

There is a solution for all this printing problem. If you are looking
for a
xylene resistent you must have the tight combination of printing foil
and
label.
The manufacter of the label and printer are not the most important part.
We bought a printer from Zebra (http://www.zebra.com) 105SE with a 12
dot
print head, the labels we use are "silver-labels".
Now, the most important part, the foil. The we like the most is from
Sony, a
brand new xylene we are testing. After the label is wet with xylenen you
cn
touch in and nothing will happen to your barcode.
The software we use is as ease as the name: "easylabel". it comes in 3
types. The first with less option the last has even database linking.
