Dear All, 
   We have received word here at work that this message about the needles is a hoax.  The Dallas police were even contacted and they don't know anything about it.  I'll enclose a copy of what we received.
   "Sadly, an email internet hoax has now been spread via departmental mail.  This is a well known and rather dated internet hoax.  Care must be taken so that false information is not needlessly spread.  Please take the time to research information before distributing it publicly or passing it on to others.  Please take the time to investigate this and other email hoaxes at:
