We use the F4/80 on formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded mouse tissues
using 0.1% protease XIV 8 min at 37C for antigen retrieval. We have
good inmunostaining of resident and circulating macrophages but not of
those present within inflammatory lesions. Does anyone has the same
problem using this antibody? What could be the reason?
