To everyone who is having trouble with curling or rolling when you put in a 
new knife blade, why don't you try what Gayle Callis suggested and "tweak" 
the angle.  We have all gotten out of the habit of adjusting the angle since 
the advent of disposable blades, but this may help.
Cleaning and wiping may damage the edge of the knife.
