Dear Barb,
We are doing steam antigen retrieval using a Black and Decker vegetable
steamer for 20 minutes in 10% HIER citrate buffer pH 6.0 on everything
EXCEPT breast tissue. For that we have gone to using a water bath at 80
degrees for 2 hours, also in HIER, according to the reference below. It
is the only method we found to be gentle enough for the breast sections.
