Hi Joyce,
	The Microwave Cook Book by Boon and Kok has a method  for Luxol
Fast Blue ( Kluver-Barrera stain ).  It's pretty much like a standard
LFB except the LFB staining is in the microwave.
	Luxol Fast Blue:  irradiate for 1 hour at 55degC,   150W ( 40% )
	Cresyl Echt Violet   5 mins at 55degC
