Cindy---we use the CDV-NP from VMRD, Pullman, Wa. at a working protein
conc. of 0.016 ug/ml.  Incubate in regrig overnight and use Signet level 2
Murine Ultra Streptavidin (USA) detection System-HRP.  Works great--clean
test!  Pam
