Since the original question came on the Histonet I also have a question to those that have used this antibody. While my efforts have been successful, the resulting fluorescence is blotchy within the endothelial cells. I was wondering if this is the normal appearance or have I done something wrong. We would like to use this stain to identify the vascular elements within a section but also to identify and innervation. We are using confocal microscopy so the blotchy staining give discontinuous images. Any suggestions welcome. Mike
