Hi Histonetters,
I'm having trouble getting my Factor VIII (IHC) staining to work for
me. I do a straight forward, indirect stain, briefly as follows:
-3% H2O2
-5% normal serum block
-rabbit anti-factor VIII, 60 mins. R.T.
-goat anti-rabbit HRP 60 mins. R.T.
-DAB
-Haematoxylin
(of course wash steps are included in between above)
Is anyone doing anything different that I might try, like ag retreival
perhaps? I'm staining mouse tissues (skin) and they were fixed in
formalin for 24-48 hours. Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers! Greg
