We have a graduate student in our lab who wants to do PCNA staining on
whole fish (medaka).   Does anyone have any information on the effects
of decalcifying solutions on nuclear antigens?  We generally use TBD-1
for whole fish.  We have tried PCNA on decaled fish in the past with
inconsistent results.  Your input would be appreciated!  You can send
