Hi all,

I would like to try using sodium borohydride to aid in reducing
autofluorescence from formalin fixation.  I'm trying to adapt the
protocol to an autostainer.

Has anyone tried this?  I'm wondering if I should worry about how the
solution will react with the rest of the waste products once it is
discarded.

Does anyone have any thoughts?
