I would like to know it any of you have fluorescein labeled sheep and
what protocol is good to follow?  I currently use this one, but I do not
know if it is the best.

 

1.      Oxytetracycline (30mg/kg IV) at xx weeks

2.      Alizarin Red S (30mg/kg IV) at xx weeks

3.      Fluorescein DCAF (20mg/kg IV) at xx weeks 

4.      Xylenol orange (90mg/kg IV) at xx weeks 

 

I also would like to know the proper protocol to make these labels.

 

Suggestions please...
